Still Life

The art of still life painting has been a traditional art form for thousands of years.  These works often feature an arrangement of inanimate objects as its subject. Usually, these items are set on a table and often include organic objects like fruit and flowers and household items like glassware and textiles.

To keep the art form relevant and interesting, I was driven to push boundries within the creation of these pieces.  Sometimes the exploration was with the use of new materials such as with Studio Plants, or new processes such as with Studio Jade, or content such as with The Stage.  My still life artworks range in date back from 1998 to present.
